During nine years of our experience we have realized about 400 consulting projects of different size and scope in the areas of planning, process optimization, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, finance and investment management. Our clients are both public and private organizations.

We actively assisted our clients in fundraising for EU Structural Support. We have prepared 49 investment projects and applications for EU Structural Support by the year 2010. 2/3 of them were realized successfully and received EU grants. Total financing received by our clients exceeds LTL 50 million. Besides, SAVVIN experts are the authors of the manual “Finance Management” which was published by daily business paper “Verslo žinios” and which is one of the most saleable one. SAVVIN experts prepared the manual “Mergers and Acquisitions” too. The manual was published by Lithuanian Economic Development Agency.
